Yes. Mostest’s services are designed to work together, and each one is priced separately, so you only pay for what you use. Not necessarily. AI Planning is built for hosts who are comfortable running their own plan. It turns your brief into a plan, recommends venues and vendors, and keeps your timeline in one place, free while it’s in beta in NYC. A Mostest planner adds human judgment, vendor negotiation and someone on-site. If your event grows more complex, you can add Book My Vendors ($595) or Coordination (from $1,650) at any point.

A day-of coordinator runs your event (on the day of your event!) so you can enjoy it, and with Mostest that support starts 30 days before the date. Mostest’s 30-day coordination (from $1,650) includes 2–3 planning meetings, a venue walkthrough, rehearsal coordination, a timeline and floor plan, communication with all your vendors, light décor setup and breakdown, and 10 hours of coverage on the day. On the day, your coordinator manages vendors and handles problems as they come up. Want more lead time? 60-day coordination (from $2,450) adds more planning meetings. Full décor setup or breakdown is available separately for $375 each.
